To be about the journey is to be about the present moment. But how often are we truly present? Wrapped up in judgements, expectations and the past, we miss the present.
On my morning walks, I have taken on the task of practicing presence. It’s a great way to start the day. I am connected to the trees, the sky, the rabbits that scurry as I approach.
Try establishing a presence practice, even if it’s just for a few minutes. It’s an experience that can change you. And it makes the journey so much more joyful!
