This week, some thoughts on spirituality from those that have crossed over and returned. (After all, it is Easter!)
Experiencing an NDE (Near Death Experience) is a bump in the road in that can change your perspective on your purpose, your relationships and your very life. As it did with these guests.
What happens when a pragmatic and analytical scientist experiences something beyond her scientific paradigm?
Mary Neal’s NDE has been the subject of numerous films and interviews. Mary defined herself as a nominal Christian, without any deep religious beliefs. That is, until her NDE.
In our conversation, her words: “I moved from hope to trust” moved me greatly. It is a paradigm shift with life changing consequences.
Take the time to listen to this incredible story about how trust changed this surgeon’s life.
How would absolute trust in a greater power influence your life?
Rev. David Maginley is an interfaith spiritual counselor. He is both humble and brilliant. David’s NDE is chronicled in his book “Beyond Surviving”. And he’s been on the podcast more than once, including an episode where we discussed the duality of the human experience.
As a pastor, you would expect David to hold strong religious beliefs. But his NDE expanded his world view in a way he never could have anticipated.
David notes that in western cultures, NDEs are seldom discussed. People experiencing them often go many, many years before sharing their experiences.
Would you share such an experience? Why or why not?
“Everything in the universe is made of energy, and our soul is pure energy.” -June Edward
June is psychic as well as an NDE experiencer. As a medium, she delves into the concept of karma, past lives, and the Akashic records, providing a fascinating perspective on the continuity of our souls.
June’s story is not just about psychic phenomena; it’s about the human condition, the search for meaning, and the interconnectedness of our experiences.
Her journey is a reminder that there is more to this life—and the next—than meets the eye.
What do you think about mediums and psychics? Would you ever consult one? Why or why not, and what does that say about your personal belief system?
